In order to generate your license, we need to
know the hostname of the machine on which you
intend to install and run the Tripwire Enterprise
Console software. To find the hostname of your
machine, follow these steps:
Microsoft Windows
Open a command prompt window and type:
hostname
Unix or Linux
Open a command prompt window and type:
$ uname -n
After entering the proper hostname, click the
"Save Hostname" button to save the hostname, then click
the "Generate License" button to make the license
available to download or email.
